Sparkle LOUD is designed for women who are used to leading, delivering, and holding everything together, yet no longer feel fully connected to themselves in the process.

A fully curated, all-inclusive experience designed to allow you to step away and focus entirely on yourself and your leadership.

- 6 days and 5 nights luxury accommodations
- 3 gourmet meals per day, including snacks, fruits, juices, coffee, and tea available throughout the day

This retreat is designed for women in executive and leadership roles who are navigating high levels of responsibility and are seeking space to reconnect with their clarity, direction, and sense of self.
You will begin by booking your EmpowHER Leadership Discovery call with Stephanie. From there, we will walk you through the retreat, answer your questions, and help determine if it is the right fit before confirming your spot.
Guests will arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica. From there, a private chartered plane will take the group to Nosara, followed by SUV transportation directly to Imiloa Retreat.
Yes. Private plane transfers from San Jose to Nosara, as well as all ground transportation to and from the retreat, are included on arrival and departure days.
We recommend arriving in San Jose the day before the retreat. We will provide a list of recommended hotels where rooms can be reserved for our group, allowing you to stay in a convenient and trusted location before departure.
We recommend comfortable, breathable clothing, light layers for evenings, personal essentials, and anything that supports your reflection and downtime (journal, books, etc.). A detailed packing list will be shared upon confirmation.
After your discovery call, you will receive next steps to secure your place, including accommodation selection and payment details.
